Foster the Future

In Southern Nevada, more than 3,000 children are living in foster care right now. They didn’t choose this path or ask for the challenges they face, and they deserve a chance to build a bright future.

And that future starts here, with fierce advocates who stand up for them.

Foster the Future is our demonstrated commitment to these children. It’s a partnership between Anthem Injury Lawyers and the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada that brings our community together to provide holiday gifts and essential items to children who need to know they matter.

Because justice doesn’t begin and end in a courtroom—it’s what happens when a community rallies around those who need it most.

More Than Gifts

Children living in foster care situations face circumstances no child should have to navigate alone. Many move between homes, schools, and communities, living in the shadow of uncertainty.

The Children’s Attorneys Project (CAP) at Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada provides these children with something powerful: Legal representation that puts their voices first. CAP attorneys guide, counsel, and advocate for the 3,000+ foster kids in our area, empowering them to actively shape their own futures.

But legal advocacy is just one part of the equation. Children also need to feel the warmth of a community that stands by them. This is especially true during the holidays, when the absence of family and stability can feel overwhelming.

Foster the Future bridges that gap. It’s about making sure every child knows that they are seen, valued, and that their dreams matter.

We Stand for Community

At Anthem Injury Lawyers, we know what it means to advocate for those who’ve been hurt, overlooked, or left behind. We’ve built our reputation on standing up for people when they need it most.

That commitment extends beyond case reviews and insurance settlements. We believe in restoring what’s been taken, whether that’s compensation after an accident or hope for a child in foster care.

Our partnership with Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada on Foster the Future reflects our core values:

  • Advocacy – Using our platform to amplify the voices of vulnerable kids.
  • Community – Mobilizing our neighbors in support of Las Vegas kids.
  • Compassion – Showing up, not just as lawyers, but as parents and allies.

We’re proud to serve as a collection hub, donation advocate, and champion for this initiative.
