At Anthem Injury Lawyers, we believe that a safer Las Vegas begins with a stronger, better-supported emergency response system. That’s why we’re proud to announce our $5,000 donation to the Mayor’s Fund for Las Vegas LIFE. This fund kicks off a new scholarship initiative aimed at helping local residents become certified Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) on the path to becoming City of Las Vegas firefighters.
This morning, our managing partners, Puneet K. Garg, Esq. and Anthony B. Golden, Esq., presented the donation at Las Vegas Fire Station No. 1. We were proud to be joined by Mayor Shelley Berkley, City of Las Vegas Fire Chief Fernando Gray, and Mayor’s Fund CEO Sallie Doebler. Together, we celebrated the launch of a fund that will open doors for aspiring first responders—and strengthen our city in the process.

Why This Matters
Las Vegas, like much of the country, is facing a shortage of certified EMTs—a critical part of the fire department and emergency response infrastructure. With this donation, we hope to not only support two scholarships this year but also inspire other local organizations to contribute to this important effort.

Giving Back to the Community We Serve
At Anthem Injury Lawyers, our mission is rooted in care—for our clients, our neighbors, and the professionals who protect us. First responders are often the first people on the scene in the aftermath of car accidents and other emergencies. They provide critical medical care, ensure safety, and help save lives. This scholarship fund is our way of giving back to those who will one day be on the front lines, making our community safer for everyone.
We are honored to partner with the Mayor’s Fund for Las Vegas LIFE, a nonprofit that uplifts our community through innovative programs focused on Livability, Innovation, Future, and Education (LIFE). Together, we’re investing in the next generation of Las Vegas heroes.
