    Anthem Injury Law

Margaret Schmidt (“Meg”) is an associate attorney at Anthem Injury Lawyers where she practices personal injury and business litigation. Meg’s ten years of experience representing individuals and businesses in Nevada state and federal courts is reflected in the hundreds of cases she has successfully resolved by mediation, arbitration, and trial. Meg has also seen numerous cases through the appellate process and succeeded in arguing complex legal issues before the Nevada Supreme Court and 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Meg began her career litigating title disputes under Nevada’s HOA foreclosure statutes – a largely undeveloped area of law at the time. The innovation and collaboration that was necessary to effectively advocate for her clients was well-honed during these years and has become a valuable skillset in Meg’s current practice. With her resourcefulness and expansive legal knowledge, Meg prioritizes the needs of each client and implements individualized litigation strategies to obtain optimal results in every case.

Born in England and raised in New England, Meg earned her Bachelor of Arts in art history from Brigham Young University in 2006 and received her J.D. from the William S. Boyd School of Law, University of Nevada Las Vegas in 2011. She was admitted to the Nevada State Bar in October 2011 and is licensed to practice in the United States District Court of Nevada and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Meg was recently selected as a rising star by Mountain States Super Lawyers.
