Attorney Charles Lee is an associate at Anthem Injury Lawyers. Charles has experience representing clients in a wide variety of labor and employment related issues, including representation in administrative proceedings before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Nevada Equal Rights Commission, and the National Labor Relations Board, as well as in litigation in Nevada state and federal court. Charles also counsels clients on various issues that arise on a day to day basis, including concerns surrounding discrimination, harassment, and reasonable accommodation.

In addition, as former in-house counsel at a large international corporation, Charles negotiated several dozen employment agreements, which included in depth negotiation of non-compete provisions and other restrictive covenants. Charles also guided the corporation in the analysis of its positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act and its associated regulatory changes. His experience also includes the annual filing of the corporation’s EEO-1 report with the EEOC through a very complex corporate structure. Charles also successfully negotiated several renewal collective bargaining agreements with unions, as well as engaged in effects bargaining over various management decisions. As part of his duties, Charles also assisted in the oversight of labor arbitrations for the organization in a heavily unionized environment.

Charles is a proven communicator, having successfully conducted several training seminars for Human Resources professionals and other leaders on harassment and discrimination issues, as well as union organizing awareness.

Prior to entering the practice of law, Charles worked as a software engineer for several years at a large international engineering company. He still utilizes his skills as an engineer by performing complex data analysis in the context of wage and hour class action lawsuits.
