    Attorney Bruce C. Young is a native Las Vegan with nearly 30 years of legal experience. Immediately following graduation from law school in California, Bruce returned home to Las Vegas and had the honor of serving as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Lloyd D. George, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Nevada.

    For more than 25 years, Bruce has been representing private and public sector employers in state and federal trial and appellate courts in Nevada and California, successfully defending his clients in lawsuits involving claims of discrimination, harassment, wage and hour violations, employment-related contractual agreements and other employment-related torts.

    Bruce also has extensive experience providing advice and training to large and small employers regarding legal compliance in hiring, disciplining and discharging employees, workplace violence, investigating harassment and discrimination claims, coordinating FMLA, workers’ compensation and disability leaves, and drafting and implementing effective workplace policies.

    In addition to litigation, over the years Bruce has participated in hundreds of mediations in both federal and state court matters as well as assisting numerous employers with union-represented employees by defending them in labor arbitrations.
