Last month, a Las Vegas driver was pulled over for reckless driving twice in one night. According to the North Las Vegas Police Department, the driver was arrested for reckless driving (106MPH in a 35MPH zone). This arrest happened just moments after the driver was given a citation for reckless driving (73MPH in a 35MPH zone). Driving in that manner puts everyone in danger. But is that type of driving any different from aggressive driving? Nevada does have distinct laws for each. Below we provide the Nevada laws so you can understand how reckless driving is different from aggressive driving.
