Nevada Revised Statute 484B.653(1) provides the following:
- It is unlawful for a person to:

b. Drive a vehicle in an unauthorized speed contest on a highway or premises to which the public has access.
c. Organize an unauthorized speed contest on a highway or premises to which the public has access.
d. Drive a vehicle in an unauthorized trick driving display on a public highway.
e. Facilitate an unauthorized trick driving display on a public highway.
A violation of paragraph (a), (b) or (d) of this subsection or subsection 1 of NRS 484B.550 constitutes reckless driving.
Nevada Revised Statute 484B.550
Nevada Revised Statute 484B.550(1) provides the following:
- Except as otherwise provided in this section, the driver of a motor vehicle on a highway or premises to which the public has access who willfully fails or refuses to bring the vehicle to a stop, or who otherwise flees or attempts to elude a peace officer in a readily identifiable vehicle of any police department or regulatory agency, when given a signal to bring the vehicle to a stop is guilty of a misdemeanor.

Nevada Revised Statute 484B.650
Nevada Revised Statute 484B.650(1) provides the following:
- A driver commits an offense of aggressive driving if, during any single, continuous period of driving within the course of 1 mile, the driver does all the following, in any sequence:
a. Commits one or more acts of speeding in violation of NRS 484B.363 or 600.
b. Commits two or more of the following acts, in any combination, or commits any of the following acts more than once:
i. Failing to obey an official traffic-control device in violation of NRS 484B.300.
ii. Overtaking and passing another vehicle upon the right by driving off the paved portion of the highway in violation of NRS 484B.210.
iii. Improper or unsafe driving upon a highway that has marked lanes for traffic in violation of NRS 484B.223.
iv. Following another vehicle too closely in violation of NRS 484B.127.
v. Failing to yield the right-of-way in violation of any provision of NRS 484B.250 to 484B.267, inclusive.
c. Creates an immediate hazard, regardless of its duration, to another vehicle or to another person, whether or not the other person is riding in or upon the vehicle of the driver or any other vehicle.
