U.S. News – Best Lawyers use a tier system instead of ranking law firms sequentially. In each metropolitan area, the first tier includes firms with a score within a certain percentage of the highest-scoring firms. The next tiers include firms that score within a certain percentage of the next highest scoring firms. According to U.S. News – Best Lawyers, “Firms that received a tier designation reflect the highest level of respect a firm can earn among other leading lawyers and clients from the same communities and practice areas.”
Garg Golden received three tier designations in Las Vegas. It was included in the prestigious Metropolitan Tier 1 for Employment Law – Management as well as Litigation – Labor & Employment. It was also included in Metropolitan Tier 3 for Commercial Litigation.
Not all firms are eligible to receive a U.S. News – Best Lawyers “Best Law Firms” ranking. To be eligible for a “Best Law Firms” ranking, a law firm must have at least one attorney who has received sufficient peer review to be listed in the current edition of Best Lawyers. The Best Lawyers in America® recognizes 5% of lawyers practicing in the United States. This year, two lawyers from Garg Golden were selected by their peers for inclusion in the 29th Edition of The Best Lawyers in America®. Founding Partner Anthony B.
